Driving Virginia collects only the information needed to operate the website, review founding-pilot interest, operate voluntary business-watch email opt-ins, and deliver services a person knowingly requests.
Information you provide
The site may collect business and contact information through the founding-pilot form and through business-watch email opt-ins. Depending on the form, this can include business name, contact name, email, Virginia location, industry, operating stage, funding preferences, coverage interests, optional revenue range, and optional notes. Do not provide banking details, tax returns, Social Security numbers, SAM.gov credentials, lender credentials, or full financial statements.
How information is used
- Review pilot fit
- Send the requested pilot confirmation, watchlist delivery, and follow-up
- Operate and improve the intelligence service
- Prevent abuse and duplicate submissions
- Comply with lawful obligations
Analytics
The site may use first-party or standard analytics to understand aggregate traffic and completed site actions. Driving Virginia does not use covert person-level visitor identification or surprise outreach.
Service providers
WordPress and Hostinger operate the website. n8n processes the pilot intake, business-watch opt-in, and research workflows. Google services may deliver consented email and analytics. Providers process data under their own terms and security controls.
Retention and deletion
Form and opt-in records are retained only as long as needed for review, service operation, legal obligations, or dispute handling. You may request correction or deletion by emailing rabasonllc@gmail.com.
No sale of personal information
Driving Virginia does not sell pilot applicant or business-watch subscriber contact information.
Changes
Material policy changes will be posted on this page without retroactively changing permissions you did not grant.
