These terms govern the public Driving Virginia website and founding-pilot interest process. Final paid-pilot terms will be provided before any accepted applicant pays.
Informational purpose
Driving Virginia provides research and decision-support information. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, lending, investment, procurement, or grant-writing advice.
No funding promise
Program inclusion does not establish eligibility, approval, funding, savings, or business results. Official agencies, lenders, and program operators make their own decisions.
Pilot interest
Submitting the form requests consideration only. It does not create an account, contract, funding application, loan application, or payment obligation.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false information, malicious code, another person’s sensitive information, or automated spam. Do not attempt to bypass rate limits or access private operations.
Sources and corrections
Programs change. Users must verify current requirements with the official source before acting. Correction requests may be sent through the Contact page.
Intellectual property
Driving Virginia’s original brief structure, analysis, design, and site content may not be republished commercially without permission. Government source material remains subject to its own terms.
Availability
The site and pilot may change, pause, or end. Driving Virginia does not promise uninterrupted availability.
